Poor work-life balance. Too much slangs and unprofessional behaviour from higher management. Almost 7 days a week work at office. Annual Incentive is paid after 10-12 months of FY ending.

Growth oriented and steady company. Good work shall get appreciated. Flexible in operation management.

...g in a week. No role of HR management. Yearly incentives are delayed by 01 year. Salary paid on time though. We can't claim any fare if we travel within city for office work. Mediclaim charges, phone bill etc. are deducted from package.

Unfair incentives, illogical salary structure (one of kind company which calculates local conveyance also part of salary) and overall appraisal. If HO like your face then you are good, if they don't you will be treated below avg even you are achieving outstanding sales growth and buisness for company.

The one who is the manager of the present, he treats his special people well and does promotions of those people and the side people like us only have more work.

Salary of old people is nothing and salary of new people is more when same positions and same diploma

Majorly, there is no cut in basic salary in the period of pandemic. Moreover, we were asked to do market visit early to tackle pathatas compare to other companies of the sector with proper precautions and that is quite obvious due to not so good presence in our region.

Lack in management, latency in services, need to take proper check in all aspects
