Management is monolithic. Takes ages to get administrative jobs done. Appointment letter can take anywhere from 3 months to 1 year to get into your hands. Resignation formalities are a joke. Not one document will reach you on time. They might not reach you at all. Think very, very carefully about this point and your future. Very. Carefully. Small teams. More load. Job security because no one really stays in this organization for long. The CHIEF HR OFFICER (Group Head- HR in Berger terminology) changed 3 times in less than 2 years. Verify for yourself via simple Google searches if this sounds false. Imagine how good their employee ethics are.

Wrong people at wrong place 7. Potential candidates never get chance without buttering

...etic... They deducted my colleague's fnf amount.. because he left the company... Salary what they show looks good... But its like just giving you money so that you can increase your work experience.... Salary what they show... And what they actually give doesn't match.... Managers are worst... They themselves can't talk and behave professionally and expect us to behave professionally.... Even dealers and contractors are fed up of Berger's services... because of such kind of attitude showed by managers in company.. Also work time so flexible.. that you can work till 12am or even 1am.. you can also work on Sundays... Basically you will not have any work life balance or personal life... Only drink beer with your managers and you only will have to pay the bill....your manager will not pay... Gaurav Kumar Gupta & Nishant Sharma (HR)... both are fraud...In name of training they give only 2 days product knowledge training and later tell us to visit field for self training...
