Abuse words used by Higher Management, Manager. Worst Top Management and Manager, narrow minded attitudes , No Bonus, No Insensitive as because very high target set which is not achievable and many clause, non Management are the labour and no facilities only high target is set and higher authority enjoy international tour giving high pressure sale to lower employee or you can say servant.

I am working here since 5years but no salary improvement, like one new person join from someone relative's they got high salary without any experience any knowledge. This type of thing i don't like.

Berger Paint provides secure job, as there is no hire and fire policy assuring the candidate mental peace and stability in the time of crisis, it gives time to the employ to adapt and perform in his assigned position.

...candidate securing A+ grade in appraisal but getting increment of below B grade. Salary Structure and Career Growth is very poor. There is no corporate working environment.
