My colleagues are supportive and cooperative.✨👍 Reporting Manager: The reporting manager has a good understanding of the business but often forgets the importance of professionalism and polite communication, which can demotivate the team at times. Work Environment: The work environment has room for improvement. I used to get Salary on the last day of every month. Full credit to company top Management & HR Department.

Sunday working & Late Sitting working. Manual working of Sales incentives. Attendance system. Very poor increment with no consideration of work profile. Promotion system is also very poor.
