Overall Experience: My overall experience has been mixed. While some months are manageable, others can be quite stressful due to unrealistic targets and seasonal fluctuations. The workload often feels inconsistent, making it difficult to maintain a steady work-life balance. Colleagues and Team: The team is a mixed bag. My colleagues are supportive and cooperative.✨👍 Reporting Manager: The reporting manager has a good understanding of the business but often forgets the importance of professionalism and polite communication, which can demotivate the team at times. Sunday working & Late Sitting working. Manual working of Sales incentives. Attendance system. Very poor increment with no consideration of work profile. Promotion system is also very poor.
