Good lower level staff. Salary on time.

Very high politics. No role of HR. HR do nothing for employees benefits. No segregation of duty. Only 1 person hold the role of HR head,IT Head and Finance Head.There is one or 2 men ruled the entire company. No job security. Employees can be terminated without any reason because of high politics. In Accounts person name "Umesh Gupta" is very play very bad politics within the team. His behaviour is very rude and bad, he abuses his team members, blames others for every wrong work he has done, gives wrong information to everyone when asked, he does not allow any new employee to stay in the company.

Maha fudu company ,spaicily HR (bhim), Politics like assembly and company policy depend on your face note your work and exp.

Tottaly lala chaap company,HR(Mr. Bhim sen) here like lala and his office like dukaan. His attitude and working behaviour is very poor.
