Doing work I feel alway good and found good working environment.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but it is mechanical basis company so there is limited scope in Civil construction work. This is first Civil project for the Company.

Dislikes

Senior management is extremely average and insecured and do not like to groom juniors for any leadership role. Attrition among juniors is very high.
