...calls himself as a admin and his communication is too poor and uses foul words - salary hike is like daily wage workers payment they provide maximum of 4k hike even though you are star performer -No ac is groundfloor, snacks budget is around 10rs per head - Late night work and weekend work - all the good reviews given by management, they asked us to give good rating and keep on following

Working at Beqisoft Technology is actually good. It gives the best career base. One who really wants to learn something and explore their knowledge that's the best place to learn and develop urself.

Dislikes

There are no dislike since it's a growing company there will be some ups and downs but those are the learning for us.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
