5 day working with fixed Saturday and Sunday off

...i. No job security. One can kicked off at any time. No Appointment letter given. No salary slip given. If one questions anything with regards to Appointment letter or Salary Slip he or she is scolded heavily in front of everyone. Furthermore one is prrssured to lie heavily in front of clients to give a false impression about the company. If one tells the truth about the company in front of clients. which is not in line with the company's agenda, he or she can be kicked out. There can be little or zero salary hike even one works or 5 years with the best performance. During the pandemic, the company didn't pay salary for several months but making its staff full time working from home, citing false business losses.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
