Pathetic management by CEO and MD Ashima Soni and her husband Anup Soni. No job security. One can kicked off at any time. No Appointment letter given. No salary slip given. If one questions anything with regards to Appointment letter or Salary Slip he or she is scolded heavily in front of everyone. Furthermore one is prrssured to lie heavily in front of clients to give a false impression about the company. If one tells the truth about the company in front of clients. which is not in line with the company's agenda, he or she can be kicked out. There can be little or zero salary hike even one works or 5 years with the best performance. During the pandemic, the company didn't pay salary for several months but making its staff full time working from home, citing false business losses....Read More
