Technically strong leaders. But poor at management.

Dislikes

Compensation is below par No planning poor recruitment process. No Vision or clarity on where the company is heading. At least never conveyed to the employees. Poor customer management. Documentation is the last priority even when working with the customer. I have to work for 14 - 16 hours every day. The top management do not consider any suggestions. They will ask for suggestions will tell verbally that suggestion is good. But will never consider the same. Most of the decision are driven by personal opinion. Although the processe are available but rarley used.

...d project but also what I am doing has less people with huge demand in market. Salary and appraisal is more than giant company can give.

Dislikes

Its not a dislike, every company do this - If you are not performing good, then after 3-4 month, they will fire you. Company culture should improve, should think about employees as well.

Likes

good friendly nature of every employee and peacefull work environment. But, there are areas that could be improved for overall growth.

Dislikes

There are no increments, no appraisals, and no overtime pay, even after putting in hard work. The lack of growth opportunities makes it clear that this company does not value its employees. It’s better to choose another company where growth and recognition are prioritized.

We can work Peacefully in a silent environment and friendly nature of all employees.

Dislikes

There's no appraisals, promotions and salary increments and even no Over Time payments. By those less salaries we can't survive even we have experience and there's no growth even we do hard work and late nights.

Likes

Good tech stack to work, mostly in Devops, k8s, docker, telecom infra related. Niche client base, can work from home, salary includes mean vouchers, and fixed components, no joining bonus in some cases, depends on how you bargain

Dislikes

Small company with small client base, so job insecurity is there if you are out of projects, higher exp ppl should be careful while joining if the job is specific to any client work. Mostly contractual to the real product company.
