1.Pay less as per job responsibilities. 2.Lots of breakup in CTC. 3.Some times they paid 40%-60%salary by cash. 4.Worst work life balance & huge unnecessary politices.

All the sales people in this company work hard from the director to the executives, everyone works together, the seniors always support the juniors. We all enjoyed the work very much, we got market respect for the company brand value. There are many reasons to like it.
