Here job security is 100% and working environment is very good and management booth is also good. Company policies are very good.On job training available here also.

The company is widely open to adopt latest technology and innovation whatever thrown on to the company by Eicher Truck. I am glad to be a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality product and has a national company based client. As a result get to travel local area based company. Mine is pithampura Dhar based company. Another plus point is that my colleague come from various culture background, and we work happily in collaboration.

... an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take my suggestion back. Compensation is decent but growth is slow

One of the worst company I have ever seen no offer letter, no id card , and no experience letter just work like a labour in that company , No rules and regulation No moral and values No sense of humor to seniors to talk They seniors are smoking in the plant. Even directors are smoking in the plant they don't have also manner. Pankaj, bablu, Ashwini  & manoj gupta They don't don't know how to talk.

Very less job security. But overall very good working cuture and growth and minimum working hour is 10 hours

Plant was good ,management was highly supportive, Financially strong,independent working & decesion rights. Overall excellent group.

Dislikes

I was in sitarganj plant & location was not good ,its desert area, Tecnical support not available in surroundings. Depending on Ncr only. Residential house not available in sitarganj.
