Even not paid rental amount society also. This is total face company, showing face screen to client and provide face picture to client.

No job security.. They will just use you till there work is done and after that they just kick you out of the company without any valid reason No on time payment, you just have to beg them each and every time for your hard earned money. Internal politics in the company. No coordination between companys permanent employee No inter communication in the company They dont value the efforts you put for the work of the company. They give you an impossible target to achive that is 150 screens per Month which is to much,and if you dont they just kick you out And they dont care about the employee,they just fire you without any valid reason or prior notice.

As a fresher, I started my career with Bellplus media. It's like a platform to me where I developed my self with good communication and performing multi-tasking. I got an opportunity, where I have a chance to interact with clients with great reputation.
