Compare to my previous experience of Radio which was the best industry exposure and company. However, working with Fever was totally opposite. I got chronic heart disease and diabetes at young age, due to the excessive tension given by the Manager Vishal C Shah having full support of the Management during my tenure. And overall it is same at every station of Fever FM across India.

Dislikes

...n if you resign from your job due to sever medical condition caused by your job. Company does not even pay your travel and mobile allowances during F&F. And whatever you've been told to you by your reporting manager, will be blindly supported by his manager as they don't give a damn and you are just a slave to them. Don't expect any respect and peace in this organisation. It's worst than hell. If you are experienced enough to justify yourself. Look for better options because this organisation is filled with vicious mindsets.

Timely salary compensation and flexible timings.

Dislikes

New joiners are given dead or missed clients to work on and hence they are unable to complete their targets which leads of extension of their probations. Senior management team doesn’t do anything about it. If you are old in the organisation then only u can survive otherwise as they will never give good clients to new joiners. No scope of professional growth within organisation. Experienced employees are treated as freshers. What was told and committed before joining wasn’t done or fulfilled after employee joins. No ethical work culture.

High Pay Scales. Potential to earn more than entitled capability. Highest incentive plan of the industry. High Job Security. Fully sales driven company, anything can be curated, if client is ready to pay. Highly flexible working hours. (only for the end)

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. Huge pressure for targets. Only you can earn and earn and earn, but will have no time to spend. Manager expects you to work on national, occasional and any other holidays. Job security is high because replacement is not possible. No one in the known market wants to join the company. Flexibility of working hours is only restricted to end i.e. there's no end time of your work. Your phone can even ring late at 1:30 am.

Environment and culture of he staff is very poor there will be no single senior who is supporting any fresher candidate they all are gathring their for their own work

No single holiday will be provided by the company all holiday will be unpaid leave salary and hr policy were such in a bad condition there will be no termination letter or anything if company will be ready to fire you .they just said you are fired and they have done
