You can not take any decision on your own. No Job security. If you are not following any stupid orders you will be fired. There is so much deference between before interview and after interview work profile. It means if they are paying salary they can take any work what they want from you.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role.
