Toxic manager and taking useless decisions,he torturing employees to work at site Upto his last breath. Didn't bother about anyone's health.very rude and playing politics

There is no rules, guidelines or SOP to follow. Managers don't pick up call of working staff..and they call after 8.30 pm to know all status when reporting is needed

Company with favouritism people are considered and lot of politics played by Management and managerial role staff

my favorits parts in may last job included the ability independently (trust from employers ) and the people worked i with

i found that there was no more scope of career growth in the company after reaching a certain level the company had a stagnant point where they would develop their potential in order to move the company forward

Company may trying to deliver the projects without compromising the quality.

Dislikes

Mismanagement. Nothing has a proper system / process. Here is no HR department. No cooperation in HR related issue. Not a good working environment.
