...for ladies. But job security is not there because we are working on casual base. But, there are some other medical benefits and salary is good and on the time. I would like to work again there, if I get chance again.

working culture is good. salary credited on time. punctual on timings

Dislikes

they are not given same priority for all candidates who applied for BEL vacancies. they select on % criteria but every state has different % calculation but they select the people who got more.

...r guiding in correct path and getting proper correspondence from suppliers also.when coming to the salary and working hours,the company is less salary for apprentice and it's about 8 hours per a day.
