...tes are supporting and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike bonus every year.

Company is good, but our growth is slow before 15years, company standards timings 8 hours but I worked 12 hours but any bonus and insensitive not provided to me. My family phone calls tapping and showing to another person's.

Only Technical Knowledge & was expectation was the culture of Multinational company. But not not found at all.

Dislikes

Work culture , Salary Structure , Not paying in time , not paying dues in time , low potential of growth , very small company , Over all extremely very bad in all the way.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
