There is no medical insurance or any other benefits until one year. 9. You won't get any leaves during the probation period. After that, you will get 6 sick leaves and 6 casual leaves. 10. Most calendar holidays are working days. Ask for holiday calendar. 11. Even if you're on leave, you will receive a minimum of three calls and be expected to provide support. 12. If there was an option, I would upload a picture of my eyes. That says it all.

Worst company to work company has several openings for a reason they follow hire and fire culture. Working hours: 14 hrs per day. Pathetic HR, no work life balance need to work 7 days per week. Please don't join here and destroy your life. Your life is valuable you'll get a better opportunity than this.

• The team and their support • On time Salary • Seniors are really helpful. Except someone • Remote working. So dont need to wake up early • Entertainment activities, Workations, Tours.. Etc • Top management is really supportive • Surely you will get a set of best friends. So dont worry folks. • Even if you are a junior or Senior you have to do all the tasks. It gives us a better insight about the project and IT field

• Some team members assign all the work to juniors, Not everyone but some creatures are there • Some F*** didnt respond to our calls and messages for weeks, it makes difficulties sometimes in completing our taks • If any of your team mates are in love or in Notice period. You will see Hell. Cause they wont give you any call/msg for your doubts • Always take screenshot of everything, otherwise if you got in to any problem. You cant get out of it. Some seniors definitely get you in to trouble. • Some are like Newspaper , If we say anything to them. At that moment itself they let you know the Team lead about what we said just said to them

The whole company is a dislike. No salary/stipend for interns. And FAVOURISM plays a major role in this garbage company. No matter how well you perform Favorism decides all.

Free skill training is available only if you are cautious and fully abide by their money-paying terms and policy. Good communication and help with teammates.

Skill Development is slow, once you become full-time the trajectory is quite slow because most of the access to certain systems is only restricted to particular teams or more in seniority to you. The project deadlines are crunched and daily milestones like fix counts are set, which is to be completed within 8 hours of your working time. Which again makes you hard and fast to keep up or else you will be warned to get chucked out. Which results in no work-life balance, sitting extra hours etc.
