...r Bengali growth and few boot licker managers Work culture & politics is toxic!! As long as u don't expect anything from company except salary and leaves, u can stay well for few years. US based management is absolutely useless. Indian management and US management threaten employees directly or indirectly to rate well in employment surveys.

Behr have good culture and value. Behr gives lots of opportunity to grow and develop your skill. All member are friendly talk to each other and supportive.

Work culture amazing Work load balanced. Understanding team. HR is reachable and supportive. No biasing with policies. Either can do or not at all. Transparency with ups and downs about company. You actually feel being a part of family.

It's only in Pune, India. Hope they get more offices

The work culture is good. US counterpart always encourage and supports to the employees.

Indian management is not up to the mark. Some of the managers are not concerned about employees and do not work on any development of the employees.

Working with Behr Paint Company is nice experience, job sequrity is average, seniors are helping nature, management and company policy is average.

There is nothing to say it's bad. Management deside all policy for well being to their employees.
