Salary and appraisal is good if you are doing well in your work.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Management is ver poor. Criteria for appraisal is not good. No work from home facility. Less chance to improve professionally. Often required to stretch your working hour and will be asked to come on weekends.

Globally they may be good but indian leadership is so abysmal ..MD is not in his office for more that 90% of the month. Sales are afraid to quote for biz- Engineering refuses to work on new projects . Costs are 3X compared to market - customers are harassed ...end of day they are mere bullies -any customer stuck with them is milked bone dry

Spineless leadership - vision less - whats happening a select few know - while others are sincerely trying

Work life balance along with indepth technical knowledge of thermocontrol panel achieved.

Dislikes

Its so much comfort here that you forget to move ahead in life for further learnings in life. You get work satisfaction actually in BHTC, and change of job never ever comes to your mind.

No job satisfaction, no management, no fascility,no work life balance saturday sunday working without overtime ,very bad management no leave for onrole employee also ,no any fascility for production department

Everything is fare and transparent, your promotions, increment and appreciation is directly proportional to your performance

there are no major flaws, if i have to write one then it would be canteen food services which can be improved.
