This is the worst company that you can choose after your articleship. Firstly they make you sign a Bond for 2 years if you leave before that period you will have to pay the damage cost of 6 months of salary. You will not be able to leave the company without paying the damage cost and they won't give you the experience certificate without paying the damage cost. They tell the damage cost is because of the training they provide but it the worst training I have ever seen. Too much of politics between the managers. And the human resource team behaves like a credit recovery agents for recovering the damage cost. Please take suggestion from the particular team members about the team before joining befree.

Salary is way more less than market standards..career growth wise not preferable. Job security were there. They didn't laid off anyone in Covid times. Company policies are not so good. Very limited leave and that too long leaves are very hard to get.

...no action will be taken. Just a warning n he or she will be left like that only. Salary very late very late they give. Once I didn't get also. I had to mail them to credit salary.

They pramote person who able to teach other new joiners,beacause they can't afford experience employee salary, so that they hire new fresher and teach them, in that why they can maintain there salary cost. So this company is not for long term untill and unless you have a skill to teach other new employees.

... then you won't get what you ask for, no matter you're good fit for that or not. Consider other company over this as appraisal is not good and base salary is not compatible at all.
