Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company is open to innovation and ready adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.

The work pressure is very high. There is no job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by step, which is a pain sometimes.
