There is nothing good about the company. Very bad culture,worst infrastructure,the management is third class. No business ethics,they get projects by paying bribes.

Low salaries,no respect for employees,no business ethics,fraudulent billing to client. They only get projects by paying bribes to middlemen.

Beauto Systems is a fast growing Company, which is built on the principle of natural trust and respect and innovation. CEO is gem of a person who gives full freedom to work in flexible timings. Also is open for new suggestions and implements if finds it beneficial for the betterment of the company.

Dislikes

There is definitely scope of improvement but I think that is something which every organization has as no organization is perfect. Strategic Planning is the workable area.

Beauto Systems is core organization that actually work on product based development, one can learn many new things here and can grow as professional

Nothing to say as Beauto is now actively working on training programs to it's associates.

I joined about 8 months and it’s a good place to work. We are exposed to different concepts and thought process. Excellent management. Good work life balance. In this pandemic they stood for everyone
