Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

The peer group in BDO is very supportive and I have made some of the bestest friends for lifetimes here

Dislikes

... management is incompetent and there is a lot of partiality in the organisation. The salary is pathetic and there are no perks…The payrise is based on politics.

Salary for one person workload of 3. No opportunity for training and development. Before appraisal Mangers be like you are working hard, keep it up you will get appraisal. After give pennies in Appraisal Manager be like I don't know I had given nice rating.

...ontinuously trained and updated about the latest things happening in the market. The salary package is good for the starters and there is less travel. Those who are workaholic they have ample opportunity to get more work experience.

Dislikes

The firm is partner concentric and the appraisals are just for name sake only. There is no work-life balance. I do have got lot of appreciation emails from my clients, but these are not noticed at all.

...rt where you need to get approval for your timesheet from the reporting manager. Now if there is no project, your manager will not approve it, resulting delay in your salary. Eventually when there is project works you need to work on Saturday and Sunday. There is no work life balance. No learning scope. Only work work and work.

Don't join java team.forget worklife balance, never give you clear requirements,they tell think and do yourself. I never seen such stupid Manager .Monday to Saturday after office working sometime Sunday included.
