Company not following ethics of work culture. It's something feels like lala company. I have totally bad experience with BDO india. They don't follow consulting company culture. Overall very bad.

Nothing to Like. They will say that you will get huge salary, but if you have any dependencies they will cut your salary.

Dislikes

...rt where you need to get approval for your timesheet from the reporting manager. Now if there is no project, your manager will not approve it, resulting delay in your salary. Eventually when there is project works you need to work on Saturday and Sunday. There is no work life balance. No learning scope. Only work work and work.
