...rotect ones own job. 5. There is no system in the company to take feed backs. 6. Salary components agreed at the joining time are removed during job without compensating the loss on such decision. Eg. the components mentioned on joining, one should only accept in writing otherwise such components agreed on joining and paid for over a year, are removed insisting that show the written commitment. I have a question, if it was not agreed on joining then why was it paid for a year and what action is taken against the person paying such amounts on monthly basis for years.

Worst company I have ever work. No supportive staff No increament No Bonous No Leave or other At the time of joining they say something and at the month end they will provide something..Don't joining in company.
