The best part is 5 days working and 2 days off on Saturday and Sunday. This is only if you are in the operations.

Dislikes

There is no any additional benefits that are provided by the BCD India apart from the salary and mediclaim policy. The appraisal are very bad, they can hire a new person with higher salary but can't give same appraisal to the existing employee. Even they don't consider existing employee for any rewards and promotions. This is only about the BCD India Pvt. Ltd. In short, this is not a employee oriented company.

This is review is strictly for BCD Shared Services Bengaluru. Below reviews has nothing to do with BCD Travel India. Managers are racist except few. Not at all a good place for LGBTQ. One of the employee from LGBTQ community was bullied and finally he left silently. If you are from North, you dont have same privilage as your other colleagues have. IJP is a scam. Person who can't even speak well is promoted as Trainer. If you are boot licker and on less pay then you will be definetely promoted. 90 % of Team leaders are not fit even to be a Senior consultant. You need to plan your medical leave, as per them you cant be ill suddenly. You should inform you TL atleast 24 hours in advance that you will fall sick or you will get migrane attack or what ache you will suffer.

...agers will like you and try to flirt with you. If you enjoy this then go for it. You will get good promotion and salary hike. But if you are a male, then just skip this company. Lot of favourism in this company

Work Culture is purely dependent on Reporting manager, If he is from other countries(Apart from India) then the Work culture is excellent other wise it is disgusting or it looks like a pain.

...ven if i extend 10 minutes) then Half day leave(Earned leave i have to apply). If i want to take any emergency leave that is LOP(Loss Of Pay), I didn't hear this kind of HR policy in entire World, Even though if the country is for North Korea. They Won't give proper hiking even though BCD management itself moving one employee from one technology to another technology.

...d some many of employees... Due to this management people I dropped my papers... I was staying without salary for 3 months... If your really want to know what is happening den please contact each of the employee and ask... And I hope it's feedback we not be helpful for you guys because I do know there will be no action taken...
