I was appointed on contract to work with Monsanto. I never got the opportunity to work on rolls, Compensation was fairly low . Deprived of perks & benefits that an employee of the company receivess.

I would never suggest anyone to join bayer by just name it have too much toxic work culture and non Gujarati partiality at work place you will be promoted only if you are a maharashtrian cor somewhere else bcoz most of HODs of all departments are Maharashtrian

Person oriented unit, Different to Bayer global Bayer policy. Recognition based on only "yes sir" base, promotion and awards is only for the employees those are respected for head's without caliber.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees
