I don't like verable pay its part of CTC and employe get terminated at Baxter but don't get any compensation like not get any three moth salary or no any type of setalment it's very disappointed.

Favouritism and appeasement is a lot. Promotion, salary hikes are based on favouritism. Toxic work culture for you if you are not part of their politics. No appreciation for good work. Womens are judged if they have kids. All this happens in the background.

Baxter gives the word-life balance with good salary . Also, the ideas and suggestions well appreciated. gives you the feel of each person and each idea matters. International work culture helps to grow persons dynamically and understand the diversity.
