As a former graphic design intern in Baweja Media I learnt a lot. Because the company is still at the growing stage I got to work on projects which I probably would not have been given the opportunity in any other established company. The management is very kind and supportive and have always encouraged me to grow and get better at my skill. Very understanding about your time schedule and has great flexibility in terms of moulding your working hours according to your life and the other things/schedules you have. Overall I had a great time learning and growing with the people and the company.

Expect 12-14 hours per day The management is incompetent especially the mental health expert who only preaches about about mental health but does the complete opposite If something does not work in the favour of the management. The employee is blamed for not following the order even after following the order or the issue is blamed on miscommunicationq

The work place is positive and motivating. The work schedule is flexible. The team is friendly and they can make you comfortable within short span of time. Working gere will help you develop a scheduled lifestyle and also help improve your work skills.
