Because the company is still at the growing stage I got to work on projects which I probably would not have been given the opportunity in any other established company. Expect 12-14 hours per day The management is incompetent especially the mental health expert who only preaches about about mental health but does the complete opposite If something does not work in the favour of the management. The employee is blamed for not following the order even after following the order or the issue is blamed on miscommunicationq
