I like colleagues bcz they are very supportive, timings, leaves structure.

Lack of technology, very less hike, less ctc according to market, not recommended for fresher's bcz for fresher's they sign bond of 2yrs and no increment till1.5yrs.

It pays you without even working. No work load.

It has bond for 3 to 5 years which is the worst past. It's very unprofessional at the point when you ask the management that you want to resign from the job
