If one wants to gain more and more experience then this firm is perfect for them. The work culture is so good and staff is so friendly. Partners of the firm are quite friendly and approachable.

Internal Audit partner is very knowledgeable and cooperative. She gives good inputs and guidance to all subordinates. You get good exposure to current audit norms and process. Training and development activity is one of the best in industry. Good work life life balance.

Dislikes

HR department is very bad , HR department employees drag a work for long showing they are very busy, but reality is the are busy using mobile and chit chatting with colleagues. In IA department sometimes they hire retired persons for additional work who are good for nothing and blame others for their incapability.

In any organization, Manager matters a lot. I was fortunate to have such a caring and best manager. Exposure to the work done was wide. Working on audits with reputed companies gave name and fame to the employees as well.
