I joined August and resigned it on October. Pay wise they are good. Since labour turnover ratio is high they were not able to provide proper training and understanding. They will not follow what they told in interview. If you are studying any courses and need exam leave they will play with you like anything like extending working hours, cancelling weekend leave even public holiday also

You can learn if you are a fresher but nothing to be liked as such.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

They will create lots of issues in relieving almost for everyone. Notice period is 3 months however they will force you to serve for months once you resign

Working as a employee of Basiz was my dream come true..as I learnt many things over working over here..I learnt working here how a office environment be,as I was the first generation in my family to work in a office..I gathered a lot of knowledge working here....people of there are like a family to me..so kind and pleasant..it teaches how a team work must be...
