I joined August and resigned it on October. Pay wise they are good. Since labour turnover ratio is high they were not able to provide proper training and understanding. They will not follow what they told in interview. If you are studying any courses and need exam leave they will play with you like anything like extending working hours, cancelling weekend leave even public holiday also

Compensation is average, some time the work pressure is very high. Manager do not value an individuals' unique strengths.

We have the chance to expand our knowledge in this company while also gaining exposure to clients.

It's challenging to maintain a balance between work and personal life, and there is a lack of recognition for senior employees.

All are very bad nothing to say.freshers pls don't join the company u will treat as slave and the senior managers will be scolding in floor.and number one fraud company in India.

You can learn if you are a fresher but nothing to be liked as such.

They will create lots of issues in relieving almost for everyone. Notice period is 3 months however they will force you to serve for months once you resign
