Salary is paid quarterly, not monthly. No job security, only pressures, no automation of work, all manual. Manual leads to mistakes and then a pressure was created for misses and mistakes. Overload of work. Work life balance is totally drastic.

Compensation is not good and growth is average.Work Pressure is high. I have to work 12 hours in a day.Your suggestion is not exist to your company. Their is no doubt if company told you that Performance Pay will disbursed to you on half yearly basis. And may be you have to wait for your compensation for 2years and After all incidents company denied that your are not eligible for your PP. Means compensation not exist for employees. Only hardworking exist for you and your company.

No job security, no hikes in salaries, no appraisals. Not regularly paying salaries, no development in growth, there is no salary difference between fresher and experienced. No bonus in this company. Company pays salary once for 4-5 months. And didn't pay full salary they hold the salary for few months .

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
