Likes

Nothing very toxic place not recommend at all. Squeezing employees and not giving credits. Hectic working hours, racist behavior unless you are a tamilian. No h Job security they have fired employees without any valid reasons

Dislikes

Management is worse hr is the puppet of management team and the owner. You can get fired without any reason any time.

Likes

Basics has very work-friendly culture and it is open to new ideas and innovation. The company has certain norms and systems that it follows which keeps things organized. That is what I like the most. As a member of the team, I learnt a lot and worked happily in collaboration with my colleagues. I am glad I joined this company.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
