...ire & fire every month. Do not put your career at risk by joining this company. They promise big, they will persuade you to come onboard will pay you well, you have career growth all this promises are fake. In fact , they don't pay salaries. If you see any positive reviews here its because they insist new joinees to write a positive review so that they can improve their image. Senior management only know how to play politics, pressurize employees to perform without no strategy of their own.

...tive and the management is transperent company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Salary is decent but career growth is slow on the job training is not given to new jaoinees.

they give opportunities to freshers also, and I started there as a sales trainee; they saw the potential in me and gave me a raise in just six months. They really value potential and that's the best part of this company..

they don't pay much in the starting, but eventually give you a raise according to your work.

Working in a bootstrap company is difficult sometimes but you have to manage, there was only one time when I got a late salary. but if I have an emergency they are ready to help me out with advance salary thats what I really loved about Basic First.
