The main reason I chose to work with this company is that I had a chance to talk to the founder of the company. He is a very intelligent and friendly person. He and his team are very supportive and always ready to help.

they don't give salary on time.

Working in a bootstrap company is difficult sometimes but you have to manage, there was only one time when I got a late salary. but if I have an emergency they are ready to help me out with advance salary thats what I really loved about Basic First.

... their. They make a policies for you but you can get their benefit after 1 year. They hired the people low salary and said it's our policy that we give the appraisal after 1 month. But they don't give or they fired you.

...great company to work for. They are fair and understanding with their employees. They offer many benefits such as good pay and flexible schedules. They also allow their employees to work from home if they are able to, which is good for those who work better in an office-like setting. They also have many opportunities for growth in their company and lots of different projects for their employees.

The only thing I would say that might turn many people off is the lack of a salary hike, even though you are a better performer than the rest
