The only thing I would say that might turn many people off is the lack of a salary hike, even though you are a better performer than the rest

Very professional learning environment and a very friendly work environment. I love the wide range of courses they have as this gives me more options on what I want to learn and the courses are very informative and interesting. Great company to work for.
