The company innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel aboard, especially to tha US and Canada. I also like the employee re- hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Something, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client call in the evening and sometime late into the night .Manager do not value an individual ' unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions mostbof the time. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals .

Multinational company where teammates are supported management is transparent every year they give bonus and appraisals

There was a lots of politics salary was good but management does not solve our issues

Work life balance is good. Also, culture of the company is good.

Dislikes

Layoff can happen at any time. No transparency in this regard. Additionally, they gave negative feedback for laidoff employees when contacted by HR of next employer.

As B.Tech Trainee i got lot of opportunities to working with higher management officials. Got so much knowledge about safety and process and RCMS.

Dislikes

Stipend of Apprentice is delayed beyond the date of payment and no proper sleep of it provide.

Basf company supported very well, I like the products developed through basf because products a very new to market and good quality products.

Dislikes

Basf didn’t provide any mask or sanitizers to associates . Daily allowance(DA) we are not getting. If provides DA that will be useful to us.
