Students are really good in some streams and colleges. Principals are good at few colleges.

... will make you travel through out bangalore without giving any travel allowance. No growth in terms of salary and in terms of personal development. Everything is as per their requirement. If they dont have any requirement, then they are ready to kick us by bringing our morale down. Most of the faculties are because of insecurities and family commitments, if given a chance nobody wants to be here. First they hire us for NEET level, then without our knowledge transfer to CET. If you question, the reply you get is - we can't give u everything in paper. Forget it, they'll not even intimate you about the transfer. Academic heads are the most egoistic and sadistic people here. They Never give chance to people who really have talent. U get a chance of u butter them. Think wisely before joining. It'll ruin your peace, happiness and half money in travelling from one centre to another. They'll ask u to teach at centres (evening classes from 5:30 pmto 8:30pm) along with your regular college classes from 8:30am to 4:45pm for no extra pay. They'll adjust everything into your work load. I have seen people crying in labs because of this treatment. they'll potray it as an opportunity for you growth. U have no option but to work. People used reach home by 10 pm at night after evening classes. If one person leave this job, they'll find another person for the same job. This cycle continues so please think before you join. But they forget that making people work with pay is called exploitation and not opportunity. It's called opportunity when u are paid for it. interview- They basically want to put your morale down and make u feel, u are good for nothing. You'll think it's the end of career. But wait, they'll offer u job at a pay far far less than what you expect. Their interviews are sadistic. Even though u have cleared competitive exams by referring standard books, u can't answer their stupid questions because they are stuck with pu reference books for generations now. U will also find living fossils in the form of faculties here. Agenda of demo: grind u and make u feel vulnerable and they create a scene as if they are doing a favour by hiring u. If u fall to this trap, you'll suffer for rest of your life here Hike -- They'll promise hike after probation but never fall for this trap. It's just a hope so that u work more. After probation, Your head will tell - hike aren't possible in the middle of the year. They'll give u at the end of year. At end of year They'll tell, it's another 4 months for hike process, if u ask now, they give u hike of 5% so trust me and wait for hike process. I'll make sure u get a slab and a peeny hike. If u trust, u are gone. You'll go through soo much frustration During this entire talks. Academic heads -- Heads have multiple tongues. They'll twist according to their needs. Be cautious! If u tell u promised hike, they'll simply tell - u can try elsewhere. Done! Because their job was done by u and they don't need u anymore. Freshers -- Especially freshers come here and get harassed. They dont train you. But they'll scold, mock and demean you. That's their way of training. Holidays - forget about it. They'll make you work on Sundays and public Holidays (no pay). You might have EL, CL but you'll hardly get to utilise them. Just wait for December when you'll be asked to work as your seniors are on leave to utilize their EL before end of Dec. Associated colleges- get step mother treatment. Ask them how Many colleges have they loose every year. Because these colleges are just for money and they don't get good teachers. You might get a 2k less salary elsewhere which is better than the harassment and torture you experience here. BTW, that 2k high pay is lost in travelling. So try in a place where you are respected than harassed.

... to travel minimum of 2 to 3 centres and they dont provide travelling allowance. Half of the salary is spent on travelling. Salary appraisal is bare minimum and lot of partiality they give fake promises of appraisal and never keep up their words. No gender equality They are not aware of work ethics at all. Not even little bit of concern towards employee. Worst experience. Kindly do not consider working here unless you want to loose peace of mind.

They absolutely have no considerations for employees personal life. Apart from the salary one receives, there are no other benefits, not even insurance . Even the institution day out is at the expence of employees Sunday time.

Nothing about the place was pleasant horrible work place dirty classrooms and washrooms.

Such a poor interview management. They don't know the process of hiring in first place shortlisting people and making them wait for hours together when we have travelled from long distances and then telling we will call you without even giving us a chance to present our skill. Worst experience. If they cannot afford for paying our expected CTC then they should have put a note about package they offer. Terrible way of asking people to leave cz they have no ability to handle the cost of paying an employee.
