...xtremely well behaved and helpful. Worked as senior SME for physics for 4 years. During lay off they provided huge amount of money to each and every employee (Almost 6 months of salary). The amount paid by the Parent company Learneo.

...nding to our emails and texts. Majority of them don’t even care about you. The best in industry salary is what attracted and kept most of us attached with the organization. They just scheduled a zoom call one day and notified that everyone involved in the call has been laid off. Can you just imagine how frustrating that must’ve been when you work with blood, sweat and tears for an organization and then they treat you like crao in this era of lay-offs when it’s basically illegal to lay-off employees in india. They forced us to send resignations in return of relieving letter and payslips which was totally unethical. Due to one reason or another they forced everyone to send resignations including me. Didn’t even care about giving recommendations letter and the relieving letter was so horrible as if it was written by a class 5th students and didn’t even mention anything about performance and behavior of the employee. If you love the peace in your life then please stay away from these fraudsters who would treat you like crap and will kick you when they no longer need you.

I like that Organisation.. nice environment good people all are good 😊 but the thing is don't accept contract position... If in case something restructuring in company means that time contract position person is 1st removed... So Think it and Choose it. Thank You

Bartleby was a great place to work till the recent acquisition and layoffs. Work-life balance and work culture were fantastic. We also had a great manager, and fellow team members were always willing to go the extra mile to help.

Dislikes

The toxic positivity was a bit disillusioning. While it was great that the management was always nice to the employees, it would have helped more if they gave some of us better raises during appraisal cycles. The projects were also mundane and became hard to work on after a point.

Worked as a Freelancer so no tie bounding work as much as you want to earn

Dislikes

There is no job security here you have to maintain quality of work because they give no warning before deactivating the accounts.
