Interview process and Salary package good only at the time of Hiring.

Dislikes

No preference for experienced employees and growth opportunity. There is very less scope for internal movement. Employees are not recognised for their updated skills.

Likes

HR staffs and team members were friendly and very supportive.

Dislikes

The only thing that i didn't like is that people gets less salary, which is not sufficient for an employee. But for the freshers it's a good place to learn.

Salary very low, increament and appresal not good, work pressure

Flixibility, comfortable work from home job.

Low pay, low work during day. Have to adjust according to US timezone and work during night hours.

...mal to work . It is all depends upon the project which you have been allocated . The major problem is when you work in night shift you don't have the shift allowance and variable pay is huge amount .. which we don't get at all .

Dislikes

Not so great company in terms of variable pay and shift allowance .. sometimes they hire and put people in bench incase the project gets delayed
