Headoffice doesn't interfere any issues. Salary increment and salary structure is very poor. Very less facilities. No annual meeting or review of work. Pressure to give bill. TA: DA shall be clear after 2 months.

Teammates are irresponsible, training is not up to the mark, there is no career growth, not intend to give salary, 2-3 months salary lagging, forget about appraisal, politics is the main cause for its own destruction, work environment is not up to the mark, work life balance is so so.

Irreponsible lazy teammates, no job security, no timely salary, forget about appraisal, only politics.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality product and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, to the Nepal in official work. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Worst experience ever I worked at all time it's not good ... Even no body wants to listen what is the right things and what is the possibilities ... I don't know what's company policies but there were sitting only for money

Senior support for only seniors They don't think who is right or wrong My senior ramesh chawla is a criminal mind person but senior always support this ugly man.... He is total fraud but money is everything for company and also some railway seniors...... like sachin shukla....

Because ones this Project was completed. Means here after transfer the another Site.only he gives the resign Letter. So Job Security is Less; because this is a 2 Years bond.
