I am arriving branch banking channel and this company is back office like no sales pressure that's is the point of i like this company.

First of all one thing I said about company has no provided Diwali bonus and no financial year bonus so i feel that company has think about employees and provide bonus.

No expectations and no self respect in bgss management If anyone wants a respect less job having no career objective no salary growth required and 100% job security required is the place for you. Come here degrade you-self and see the magic you are no where in job market. Bgss is not financial organisation not a bank and not a back office . No company policy. No hr policy. The whole bgss run by one man and he is GOD. If you are good with GODs nearby people then u are ok. Otherwise you are watched u cant have leaves . They don’t care if anyone die at our place they just want you to come and work. U cant have continues 3 days holidays . U cant go out of gujrat without having permission of GOD. As per bgss how serious covide u have it will be cured within 14 days only. Otherwise you are making noutanki. No bonus nothing except salary.

Culture, politics, one hand power, no proper hierarchy, limited to no growth,no bonus, hr has no power, no proper leave policy. Holiday working, no dignity to working in bgss, senior people in BOB humiliate bgss peoples as slevs., No training

As it is a young organisation, work load is less.

Dislikes

...o work life balance 7. No previlage for late night travel or food allowance 8. No bonus or variable pay 9. Poor management by higher authorities as they do not have a say in bank’s procedures. 10. Intrusion to holidays like second/fourth Saturday and Sundays. You have to work on these holidays and a compensatory leave against it is a tough and sorry state of affair.

COMPANY GAVE US SALARY ON TIME DURING LOCKDOWN, ALSO GAVE EXTRA SALARY TO STAFF WHO CAME TO WORK DURING LOCKDOWN.

EVERYTHING IS GOOD ONLY ONE THING THAT I DON'T LIKE THAT IS NO WORK LIFE BALANCE FOR EMPLOYEES THEY HAVE TO SIT LATE TO DO THE WORK
