No more work load, friendly and clear relationship of employees and management

Salary structure is not so good,too much restriction, not good canteen facilities ,I also this that they mentally harassment their customers

I love to work here because I learnt a lot from this company till date so I can say yes this is the best place for learning

I think they should improve of employees basis salary and benefits,like bonuses yearly etc

Worst company for any self respecting guy. No Hike for 2 Years... don't deserve even a single star. No Positives- Just a big brand company.and management thinks you are monkey

VP and AVP driven. you should say "YES" to whatever they say. else you won't get any hike for sure. Sr. Management of the company has wavering sense of humor. Extremely volatile decision making, which changes every month based on their judgement. which can break your career

- Culture needs be improved by focusing employee first approach. - Pay and benefits needs be competitive in line with competitors.

As it is a young organisation, work load is less.

...o work life balance 7. No previlage for late night travel or food allowance 8. No bonus or variable pay 9. Poor management by higher authorities as they do not have a say in bank’s procedures. 10. Intrusion to holidays like second/fourth Saturday and Sundays. You have to work on these holidays and a compensatory leave against it is a tough and sorry state of affair.
