...without any reason. 2. All staff of bank of baroda behaved like a street dog, 3. They give you verry small salary but you have to work Saturday, Sunday without pay. 4. All bob staff compared only for work with you. When its come from benifits they are silent. 5. They don't give you any value for yor hard work. They're only insulting bgss staff.

No expectations and no self respect in bgss management If anyone wants a respect less job having no career objective no salary growth required and 100% job security required is the place for you. Come here degrade you-self and see the magic you are no where in job market. Bgss is not financial organisation not a bank and not a back office . No company policy. No hr policy. The whole bgss run by one man and he is GOD. If you are good with GODs nearby people then u are ok. Otherwise you are watched u cant have leaves . They don’t care if anyone die at our place they just want you to come and work. U cant have continues 3 days holidays . U cant go out of gujrat without having permission of GOD. As per bgss how serious covide u have it will be cured within 14 days only. Otherwise you are making noutanki. No bonus nothing except salary.

1.Very worst management systems 2.At the time of increment or appraisal period they reduced the manpower,After that they lower salary peoples 3. Carrier growth not available 4.They using like tissue paper 5.Growth only for top level management and Reporting managers 6.Hr managers are very useless

In my company, there is a lot of partiality. Promotions are not given based on performance, and the salary increments are not satisfactory. There's absolutely no job security. In the past few months, several departments have been shut down, and many employees lost their jobs. Some were told they could continue working only if they accepted a lower salary. Overall, this company does not offer a good career path.
